FOOD ARRANGEMENTS

Participants in both MiniConferences will start the proceedings with a Starbuck's Coffee Bar, featuring coffee and decaf coffee, chocolate shavings, cinnamon sticks, and cream. Those in the Music MiniConference will also have a choice of juice and bottled water.

The Music participants will have access throughout the day to cold beverages, which will be available in the kitchen adjacent to the meeting room. Indeed, those with special dietary needs or preferences are welcome to store food/beverages in the refrigerator (please contact Tim Dowd in advance about this option).

Participants from both MiniConferences will come together for lunch (12:30 - 1:30) in the Jones Room (311 Woodruff Library; see Campus Directions). A local establishment -- The Epicurean -- will cater this event. The entrees consist of Smoked Chicken Breast with Homemade Cranberry Apple Chutney, and for vegetarians, Traditional Italian Roasted Portabellas, Roasted Red Peppers, and Cannelini Beans. The side dishes will be Roasted Vegetables in Sea Salt and Olive Oil, and Italian Pearl Couscous Vinaigrette with Tri-Colored Peppers. Assorted cookies are available for dessert.
