• No presentation should exceed 15 minutes in duration. Timers will be placed at each of the roundtables to remind presenters of this limit.

• A presenter should summarize his/her paper -- touching on the highlights -- rather than read the paper in its entirety.

• Given the roundtable format, presenters will not have access to overhead projectors and comparable audio-visual equipment. As a result, presenters should consider the use of hand-outs for summarizing key information.

• For each roundtable, the initial 45 minutes are reserved for presentations. Questions and comments should occur in the 45 minutes of discussion time that follows the presentations.
