Call for Papers

To see proceedings from previous years, see the SEUSS Archives.

SEUSS allows students to share their original papers in a professional atmosphere, in a 12-15 minute presentation. Regardless of your career plans, preparing and presenting a paper is a great learning experience.  It provides an opportunity to enhance your public speaking skills and furthers the process of professionalization, which prepares you for graduate school, law school, public health, and more. Consider submitting an excellent paper you have written in one of your sociology classes. To determine if your paper is appropriate for SEUSS, it is recommended that you discuss it with the professor for whom you wrote the paper.
