Emory Academic and Administrative IT (AAIT) links

A list of links to Electronic Services provided to Emory Faculty, Staff, and Students. All of these links will allow you to login to a service.

Eagle Email Links

  • Emory Webmail is a web interface to access Eagle (@emory.edu) email.
  • The Eagle Email Alias Setup Page is where you can set up an intuitive email address (IE. firstname.lastname@emory.edu) that will direct email to your standard Eagle email account. It is not an actual account itself. It is to direct email to an actual account.
  • The Eagle Email SPAM Filter Enabling Page is where you can turn on/off the system SPAM filter for your Eagle email account. This willl not eliminate SPAM, but can reduce the amount of SPAM in your inbox significantly.
  • Emory Away (Vacation) Message Service is a tool to set up your Eagle email to auto-respond to incoming email messages. It can be used when on vacation or under any circumstances where you want an automatic response sent to someone. It will respond once to each sender per week.
  • Emory Auto-forwarding Service is an auto-forward utility for Eagle email to forward to another email account. It can also be set up to retain a copy on Eagle as well as send a copy to another account (requires you to maintain both accounts to keep them clean).

  • Initial Password and login ID retrieval is a page to get your initial Network ID and password. It only works for first time ID and initial password retrieval and your ID must be less than 90 days old. If you are unable to get your initial ID and password here, you must call the help desk at 404-727-7777 (7-7777 on campus).
  • Network ID Password Maintenance is a page to change/reset your current network ID password and associated logins (Eagle email, Vacation (away) message, Email forwarding, Learnlink, Disclosure form, Webdrive, Modem Bank, Financial webpages, HR Benefits and Payroll, OPUS).
  • Network ID Password Maintenance can also syncronize your current Network ID password without having to change it. Just put in your current ID and password and do NOT put in a new password.
  • The Electronic Support Request Form (ESR) is a way to submit a request for assistance that is not a pressing issue or emergency. These request are answered during regular business hours.
  • The Electronic Support Request Form (ESR) is also where you submit requests for Electronic Accounts not automatically issued as an Emory employee. This would include Meeting Maker accounts, Sponsored Accounts for non-Emory people needing access to Emory services, and Learnlink accounts for Faculty, Staff, and students who are not assigned an account automatically.
