Current Research:

The evolving nature of media production and reception, both longitudinally and cross-nationally; The institutionalization (and implications) of strategies in organizational fields; The past and present state of music sociology; The fate of high culture, as demonstrated by the shifting repertoires of symphony orchestras; Careers and networks of creative personnel (e.g., musicians)
