General Research Area: intergroup prejudice and discrimination, American youth and public opinion, adolescent health and well-being, survey research methods, African American fathers.
Current Research: studies of intergroup relations among people of color; studies of the patterns, trends, and social determinants of young whites' racial attitudes; studies of the social psychological consequences of racial stratification for African American well-being; studies of adolescent health and well-being.
